AttorneyDocuHub is a digital legal leasing SaaS platform providing a comprehensive suite of tools to help real estate attorneys, property managers, landlords, and tenants streamline residential leasing workflows. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Attorney-drafted residential lease package publishing and marketplace licensing
• Jurisdiction-specific lease agreement customization and property management disclosures
• Digital document signature (e-signature) workflows and audit trail verification
• Lawyer storefront management, sales tracking, and revenue payout services
• Tenant onboarding, lease package delivery, and executed contract management
• Document library templates, clause builders, and compliance resources
• Platform analytics, reporting, and customer support services

These services are provided to both individual legal/real estate professionals and commercial property management enterprises globally.

The Site contains text, images, contract templates, software code, videos, and other materials (collectively, "Content") of AttorneyDocuHub or its legal licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

AttorneyDocuHub hereby grants to you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view the Content solely for your internal legal, leasing, and property management operations as authorized under your account tier or document purchase. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without express written permission from AttorneyDocuHub or the authoring attorney.

The trademarks, logos, service marks, and brand assets displayed on the Site (including "AttorneyDocuHub") are the property of AttorneyDocuHub or third parties. You are not permitted to use these marks without prior written consent from AttorneyDocuHub.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, payment processing engines, e-signature infrastructure, or external integrations. When you access a third-party service, you are interacting with that third party, not with AttorneyDocuHub.

AttorneyDocuHub is not responsible for the content, accuracy, reliability, or privacy practices of any third-party services. Inclusion of any third-party link does not imply approval or endorsement by AttorneyDocuHub.

Please review our Privacy Policy, to learn about our information collection, usage, and disclosure practices with respect to information collected through the Site and our e-signature platform.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful residential leasing, property management, and document preparation purposes. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive.

AttorneyDocuHub is not responsible for any user conduct or uploaded customized lease terms on the Site. If you become aware of any misuse of the Site, please report it immediately to info@attorneydocuhub.com.

You represent that, in agreeing to and performing under these Terms, you are not violating, and will not violate, any governmental laws, rules, regulations, statutory housing codes, landlord-tenant disclosure mandates, or court orders applicable to your use of the Site and lease execution.

All platform software, legal document engines, marketplace infrastructure, database schemas, and proprietary tools produced by AttorneyDocuHub in the course of providing our services remain the exclusive intellectual property of AttorneyDocuHub.

Attorney-drafted lease packages published on the marketplace remain the intellectual property of the authoring attorney or law firm, licensed to property managers and landlords under the single-use or multi-property license terms agreed upon purchase.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AttorneyDocuHub, its employees, contractors, agents, officers, attorneys, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, customized lease agreements, or breach of these Terms.

AttorneyDocuHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Site or account access if you violate these Terms, fail to adhere to licensing parameters, or if suspension or termination is necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws or to protect the rights, safety, privacy, security or property of AttorneyDocuHub, its legal authors, property managers, tenants, or third parties.

AttorneyDocuHub reserves the right to investigate any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site and may report any activity that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, state bar compliance bodies, or regulatory authorities.

When you visit the Site, create an account, customize lease agreements, execute electronic signatures, or send emails to AttorneyDocuHub, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, e-signatures, and other communications that AttorneyDocuHub provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

AttorneyDocuHub may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. By continuing to access or use the Site after updates take effect, you agree to the latest version of these Terms.

This Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction, and the Parties expressly consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof. AttorneyDocuHub will not be responsible for failures to fulfill any obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
